One of our most interesting activity is the reconstruction of washing railway stations for tanks used to transport various petroleum products.
We specialized in technology for high volume automatic cleaning of railway oil tanks; we design either the mechanical components and the automation. The system can be configured to wash from 2 to 100 tanks simultaneously (it means from 20 to 1200 per day), but we are able to customize it based on specific requirements.
For the cleaning process, we use high-pressure steam cycles and an air drying cycle at the end; that process produces a strong cleaning effect to remove any residual product and sedimentation from the tanks, making its ready to be filled again with different products. A distinctive feature of our system is the closed circuit water system, which heavly reduces the environmental impact and allows a lower consumption of water.
In addiction to the internal tanks washing, we care the design of washing systems for the external cleaning of vehicles with irregular shapes. For that purpose, we employ fixed or mobile portals, depending on your needs.
